Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Latch Services account at any time using the options below.

Account deletion removes your profile, trip history, and associated personal data from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Option 1 — Delete via the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the Latch mobile application:

  1. 1 Open the Latch app on your device.
  2. 2 Navigate to Settings.
  3. 3 Tap Account.
  4. 4 Select Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2 — Contact Support

If you cannot access the app, contact our support team directly. Provide your registered phone number for identity verification and we will process the deletion request promptly.

Once deleted, your account and associated data cannot be recovered. Active bookings must be completed or cancelled before an account deletion request can be processed.
