Every Latch trip rests on verified people, transparent trip information, and a support line that answers when something doesn’t feel right.
Driver verification
Our drivers are 100% approved before they take real trips. We collect and validate what matters:
- Full legal name
- Government ID card or passport
- Criminal record screening
- Core vehicle documents — including registration (car booklet) and other required paperwork for the class they drive
During your trip
Riders see what they need to feel oriented: live tracking and driver details in the app for the active booking — so you always know who is coming and where the trip is on the map.
Incidents & urgent help
If you experience harassment, a safety concern, or an accident, call Latch immediately on our dispatch line. We log reports, take action against policy violations, and coordinate with you on next steps.
