Platform Policy

1. Conduct Standards

All users — passengers, item senders, and drivers — must maintain respectful, safe, and professional conduct throughout every interaction on the Latch Services platform. Harassment, discrimination, or intimidating behaviour toward any party is grounds for immediate suspension.

2. Driver Requirements

Drivers onboarded to Latch Services must comply with all document verification requirements, maintain valid licensing for their vehicle category, and meet the safety and performance standards set by the platform. Ongoing compliance is required to remain active.

3. Safety Compliance

Both drivers and passengers are responsible for following applicable local transport safety laws, including helmet use for moto transport, seat belt use in car transport, and proper item packaging for item delivery services. Latch Services does not permit unsafe transport practices.

4. Activity Monitoring

Latch Services reserves the right to review and audit platform activity, trip records, and driver performance data to maintain service quality, investigate complaints, and ensure compliance with this policy and applicable regulations.

5. Prohibited Items and Activities

The platform must not be used to transport illegal items, engage in unlicensed commercial activity, or circumvent platform systems. Violations will result in immediate account action and may be referred to law enforcement.

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
